Alisa Okelo-Odongo, President - PG&E

As manager of local government relations for Pacific Gas and Electric Co. in the Sacramento area, Alisa works with elected officials, coordinates emergency-response agencies and directs local charitable giving. In her role, she has greatly strengthened the utility's partnerships in the region. She is a graduate of the University of California, Davis with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Political Science. 

Randy Hendershot, Vice President – Evolution Advisors

Randy Hendershot is the Co-Founder of Evolution Advisors, a local Business Brokerage firm, and President of Driver Please, Inc. Prior to that, he was an Executive with Enterprise Rent-A-Car whose customer service and professionalism are internationally respected. He is passionate about working with local business owners to help them reach their goals when deciding to sell  their business. Randy is also actively involved in several charitable community organizations.

Aaron Alhady, Secretary – McCarthy Building Co.

Aaron Alhady is Vice President, Sacramento Area Manager
of McCarthy Building Co. A 22-year construction veteran, Aaron is responsible for overseeing operations and business relationships with clients throughout the greater Sacramento region. He joined McCarthy in 1989 where he worked in the operations department overseeing divisional planning and scheduling functions in the company's Irvine and Sacramento offices.  Prior to his appointment as Vice President, Aaron oversaw business development and client services in the region.  He is also a Class C GC license holder in the state of California. He holds a B.S. in Construction Management from the California State University, Chico.

Kamieka Hairston, Treasurer -  Intel Corp. 

As the Global Finance Communications Specialist for Intel, Kamieka partners with the Technical Assistants to both the Chief Financial Officer and the Vice President of Finance to develop and implement communication strategies for Intel's 2800 Finance professionals seated in over 10 countries globally. She has demonstrated her strong ability to lead, inspire, innovate, and influence at multiple levels of management through the creation of Intel's first ever African American Finance Conference in 2009 which brought together Intel's African American Finance community for the first time in the company’s 40 year history. Kamieka has a passion for volunteerism, and has volunteered at numerous Sacramento nonprofit agencies and has mentored many students and colleagues. 

Tim Ray, Immediate Past President – AT&T California

Tim Ray is Regional Vice President for AT&T External Affairs in Northern California where he manages relations with local municipalities from Solano County to the Oregon border. Prior to his current assignment Tim served as Executive Director for the AT&T’s Sales Operations, Procurement and the Corporate Real Estate organizations. 

Tim began his career in telecommunications in 1992 with Pacific Bell as an Account Executive. He has held positions working throughout the AT&T footprint including Sacramento, San Ramon, Chicago, Detroit, Dallas and San Antonio.

Tim earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Cornell University, an MS in Civil Engineering from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Marketing from the Wharton School of Business. 

Tim currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Center for Fathers and Families, the RiverCats Foundation, the Eskaton Foundation, the Chevo Foundation, the Sac Asian Chamber of Commerce, the Sac Metro Chamber of Commerce and the Sac Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. In addition he serves on Sac State’s Business School Advisory Board.

Jerome Behrens – Lozano Smith

Jerome (Jerry) M. Behrens is one of the founding Partners of Lozano Smith. For more than 30 years he has represented a variety of public agencies throughout California. He specializes in public agency law, with an emphasis on representing public boards as general counsel, transactional and public finance law, real property and public agency defense litigation. Prior to entering private practice, Jerry served as a Deputy Attorney General with the California Attorney General's office in San Francisco, as a senior Deputy District Attorney with the Fresno District Attorney and as a senior Deputy County Counsel with the Fresno County Counsel. He joined the California Bar in 1974 after earning his Juris Doctor degree from Hastings College of Law. He also holds a Master of Laws in Taxation and is a real estate broker. Jerry earned his B.A. degree in 1967 from the University of California at Berkeley.

Joe Bittaker, Landmark Construction 

In his 30 years experience in the construction industry, the total value of projects Joe has estimated and bid is over two billion dollars. Highlights of his career, before becoming a partner in Landmark Construction, include a 27 campus modernization program for the San Juan Unified School District, serving as Mechanical Project Manager for a 19 story mid-rise building in Sacramento which houses the Army Corp of Engineers Emergency Operation Center, and the installation of some of the first building automation systems in Sacramento. Currently, he is President of Landmark Construction. 

Pedar Bruce - Wells Fargo Bank
Pedar is Assistant Vice President, Community Development Officer for Wells Fargo. He has 10 years in the financial services industry and works closely with community organizations to support small business, workforce training, affordable housing and financial education efforts in Northern California. In addition to leading many local volunteer efforts for Wells Fargo, Pedar has served on the board of Explorit Science Center in Davis, CA and has mentored youth in Sacramento’s St. Hope Academy and Reading Partners of Sacramento. He graduated from UC Davis with a bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics.

Dr. David Inniss, The Koci Group

With more than 14 years in the High-Tech Industry, David has led high-performance teams in Software Engineering, Software Quality Assurance, Professional Services and Product Management. Additionally, he recently obtained a Doctor of Education degree with a concentration in Human Resource Development from Drexel University. David is a husband and proud father of two sons and lives by the personal mantra "Pave the Way, Bridge Gaps and Serve Others" - a motto that embodies the notions of leadership, relationship building, civic responsibility and ownership of one's legacy. 

Richard Jennings, II – CFF

Since 1997, Rick Jennings has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Center for Fathers and Families (CFF), a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening families and building communities in Sacramento.  Under Rick’s leadership, CFF has become a true family resource center. Today, CFF serves over 1,700 at-risk youth each day with after school programs and 100 adults a week with parenting classes, anger management and health services. He and his wife of 35 years, Cassandra, are the proud parents of a son, TJ, a Community College teacher and coach in Hanford, CA and a daughter, Asha, an attorney in Atlanta, GA.

Brad Liggett, Allied/Nationwide

A 26-year veteran with Allied/Nationwide, Brad is responsible for operations in California and Nevada. Prior to coming to Sacramento, he was Regional Vice President for Nationwide Insurance in Nashville, TN, and was responsible for the South Central States. He is actively involved in Allied's Community Engagement Activities. 

Alice Perez – California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

Alice Perez is president/CEO of the California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She has a long history of serving in the community on a local and national level. Alice has had a successful career in banking, marketing and management. She recently founded Alice Perez Consulting, focused on Business and Community Engagement Strategies. Perez currently serves on a number of boards, including the California Community College Board of Governors, the California Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce, City Year Sacramento, the Center for Fathers and Families, and the Sacramento State University Foundation. She has received numerous awards for her commitment and dedication to her community, including KVIE’s Hispanic Community Leader Award and California State University, Sacramento’s Distinguished Graduate Award. Alice obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Insurance from California State University, Sacramento in 1999.

Scott Robertson – Tri Counties Bank

Scott Robertson is a Senior Vice President for Tri Counties Bank. He has 20 years experience in the financial services industry. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Sacramento State University and graduated with honors from the CBA Graduate School of Retail Bank Management in Virginia. In 2010, he graduated from CBA Commercial Lending School. He is involved in numerous community organizations. Scott currently serves on the board of the California Musical Theatre, the Center for Fathers and Families and the Consumes River Little League. He has also served as a legislative contact for several key local elected officials/legislators across Northern California.
